In most cases you will need a building permit to construct a veranda, carport, patio or deck on your property.
We take care of the entire permit process! From engaging our draftsmen, applying via a building surveyor, to liaising with council and service authorities - you won’t need to do a thing!
The time it takes for permit approval will vary according to the complexity of the project. In most cases the permit process will take anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks however this may be longer for complicated permit applications. We will always keep you informed along the way, touching base with regular updates on the progress of your permit.
We offer different solutions for each property so there is no set cost for our verandas. We do, however, offer free, no obligation consultations on-site, where a professional will go through your chosen design to ensure you receive an honest and accurate quote.

MBV offers a platinum 25-year structural warranty from our material supplier and an industry leading 15-year workmanship warranty. This covers you completely however it’s rarely needed as your new structure is built to stand the test of time.

We use trusted brands such as Fielders and Stratco who have been supplying Aussies with building materials for decades. When discussing your project, we will recommend the most suitable materials to help enhance both style and function.
